Want to sleep better? Don’t we all. But how? Exercise can help you sleep better. Numerous studies show that people who exercise regularly sleep better and the exercise does not have to be that fancy. Go for a 30 minute walk, strength train, dance, do yoga. All of these will help you sleep better.
Is there a better time of day to exercise to improve sleep? Almost any time is good:early morning, midday or after work. The only time that is not good is right before bed but evening exercise with at least couple hours before sleep is fine.
